Recommend for a city trip

Incredible staff made stay memorable.

The stay was enjoyable with a clean room and attentive staff, but the street noise from the nearby hospital and some slow breakfast service were drawbacks. Parking was pricey, but the convenient downtown access outweighed it.

The hotel's fitness facility is amazing! My kids enjoyed the Olympic-sized pool while we appreciated the full basketball court. Plus, the location made it easy for us to explore Boston's fun dining and entertainment spots, just a short walk away!

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom amenities could use a family-friendly upgrade.

However, there were some major letdowns during my stay. The air conditioning in my room didn't work, which made it feel like a sauna, and instead of fixing it, they just brought in a clunky fan that did little to help but kept me up with its noise. The elevators were slow and often felt crowded, which wasn't great during busy hours. Also, noise from the nearby hospital added to the din, making sleep a bit harder to come by. The breakfast offerings were pretty lackluster and didn’t justify the price at all. Given the costs, I expected a lot more, especially with so many other better options in the area.

My experience at Doubletree By Hilton was quite favorable. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable working environment. The staff was exceptionally helpful, promptly responding to any requests. I appreciated the complimentary cookies upon check-in, which added a nice touch to my stay. Additionally, the location was ideal, allowing easy access to local restaurants and public transport.

I had a wonderful stay in a King Room. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the subway and major attractions. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in were a lovely touch! However, the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep soundly on a couple of nights.

my stay at doubletree by hilton was fantastic! the location is super convenient, right beside tufts station, making it easy to navigate the area. i really enjoyed the warm cookie upon arrival — such a nice personal touch! also, having free access to the ymca fitness center was a big plus for me.
